Hi! I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience working with children and adults with social deficits in the home, school, community, and clinical setting. I received my graduate training in applied behavior analysis at the University of South Carolina and Arizona State University.  I have experience in working with individuals from 18 months to adolescence teaching all domains of skill development with parents, teachers and other professions. I keep my self updated with current literature in order to provide the most effective interventions to teach social skills to children and adults. I am currently pursuing my doctorate degree in special education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis at the Texas A&M University.  My research interests include the use of precision teaching and direct instruction to teach social skills in children and adolescents with a diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder, ACT, complex verbal behavior, parent and teacher training.

Hola! I am originally from Honduras, I moved to the United States 11 years ago to pursue my graduate studies. I received my PhD from the Pennsylvania State University in 2017. I have extensive experience in research, grant writing and publishing. My focus has been on the use of science for improvement of society.  My interest in applied behavior analysis began after watching the impact the use of science-based techniques can have on children development and family’s quality of life. I am your point of contact, logistics, data, and assistance during sessions.

I have worked with individuals with ASD and special needs for over 10 years in many different capacities - as a nanny, general education teacher, registered behavior technician, and a special education teacher. These experiences have led me to be empathetic and understanding of all of those  who love, care for, and educate individuals with ASD. I have a passion and heart for individuals with autism and I have committed my life and career to spreading the use of evidence-based strategies in clinical and school settings. My passion is working with families and schools to develop effective plans that target and develop skills necessary for functional, behavioral, and educational progress toward independence and success! I just began the PhD program in Educational Psychology at Texas A&M University and will (hopefully) become a BCBA in 2021. I am so excited to be part of a team that prioritizes the needs and desires of individuals and families by implementing strategies that work! I look forward to meeting and working with the families that MILO ABA has the pleasure to serve.

Hello, My name is Fatima Siddiqui. I am currently enrolled in graduate school to receive my masters in ABA and specializing in autism. After graduating in December 2020, I plan on taking my BCBA exam, and becoming a BCBA in 2021. I have been working in the Applied Behavior Analysis field going on three years now. Majority of my experience is working with individuals in a clinical or in home setting between the ages of 2 and 15 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My interest in ABA began when I was a receptionist at a behavioral clinic. I was able to observe the benefits and positive outcomes ABA had on multiple clients.
